First, let me mention that I am a particularly difficult client. We interviewed numerous real estate agents after the first agent we decided on wasted a year of our time with no potential buyers to show for it. Then along came Ms. Donna Doouss, bright, bubbly and looking pretty young. So I’m wondering if she is experienced enough to successfully list and sell our unique home. We ask her to do a comp for pricing and not only does she do an excellent job of it, she explains her rationale which is clearly detailed, insightful and spot on. We go forward with Ms. Doouss and I fight her every step of the way, from pricing to marketing to staging, you name it. She remains professional, focused, detail oriented, personable and of good cheer. I eventually trust her good judgement and follow her advice. She does an exceptional job of staging as well as a catered open house for realtors. Our home sells in record time . We then engage her to find a new home for us. We drag her around Ontario looking for the perfect spot. Throughout this entire process she remains available, provides clarity to convoluted real estate contract verbiage, incredible insight into every aspect of the selling and buying of real estate that is important to her clients. She stays on top of every detail. It is difficult for me to find fault with anything that she provided to us. True story – During this timeframe, I had a heart attack, wound up at the hospital and couldn’t contact my partner. Guess who came and took me home from the hospital. Yes, Ms. Donna Doouss. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty….and this for someone who gave her nothing but aggravation. This woman knows her stuff and she is there for you every step of the way. You will not find a more competent, personable and knowledgeable real estate agent. She is worth every penny of her fee. We have referred her to numerous friends who were in need of a real estate agent and they have all been satisfied with her services. Do yourself a favor and call her.
